How to Run Your First Online Estate Auction in 4 Simple Steps
A visual, step-by-step guide walking users through the entire process on our platform, from cataloging to pickup, making it look easy and achievable.

Ready to get started? Our platform is designed to make your first online estate auction simple and successful. Follow these four steps to turn your items into cash.
Step 1: Catalog Your Items
Using our mobile-friendly tools, walk through your home and create listings. For each item or lot, you'll:
- Take clear photos from several angles.
- Write a simple, honest description with dimensions and condition.
- Set a starting bid (we recommend $1 to get things moving!).
Step 2: Set Your Schedule
You are in complete control of the timeline. You will choose:
- An auction start date and end date (typically 7-10 days).
- A single day and time window for local pickup (e.g., Saturday from 10am-1pm).
Step 3: Launch and Promote
Once your items are cataloged, simply click 'Launch Auction'. We'll automatically notify local buyers in our network. You can also easily share your auction link on social media to increase your reach.
Step 4: Manage Pickup & Get Paid
After the auction ends, we provide you with a list of winning bidders and what they've won. All payments are collected securely through our platform. During your scheduled pickup event, simply check off items as they are collected. Your earnings are deposited directly into your bank account shortly after.
