DIYAuctions is an online platform that enables users to conduct estate sales and auctions. Our Service provides tools for listing items, managing auctions, processing payments, and connecting buyers and sellers. We charge a commission fee capped at $1,000 per sale.

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Our commission fee is 10% of the sale price, capped at $1,000 per transaction. Additional fees may apply for premium features or services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our fees with 30 days' notice.

The Service and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Stanforce Labs LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Service.
